Striving for simplicity is something that I continually work towards, by editing you truly capture the essence of your subject. The natural crisp light and vibrant colors of the Southwest have always been an inspiration in my paintings. Though I work with all forms of water media, acrylics have become my favorite. I enjoy the endless possibilities of how the colors interact and the effects and textures they create. I look for areas in the painting to accentuate by pushing and pulling the values exposing layers to create depth. I hope you enjoy and thank you for visiting my website.
